We have developed this program which combines Italian language classes and cooking lessons for anyone who wants to experience this feeling: come and stay in Florence for a few weeks joining our Italian Language course, and cooking workshops for everyone, from beginners to professionals, so you can make friends with the locals and astonish people cooking the Italian way!

In just a few weeks, you will make clear progress, happily making your first homemade ice cream or catching the first glimpse of your own linguistic mastery.

In addition to that, the school also offers a range of activities, learning tours and weekend trips which can be added at any time to make your holiday even more intense and rewarding!

What’s included & Timetable

Standard Italian Group Course

Italian lessons every morning.
From Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 12.40 pm.
Each lesson lasts 50 minutes and you will have 4 lessons per day, that is 20 lessons per week.

“Cooking with friends” classes

2 cooking classes per week.
These last from 3 to 5 hours (depending on the class type), for a maximum of 12 participants
In rotation, classes concern: Italian Full Course Menù / Easy Italian Dinner / Homemade Pasta / Pizza and Gelato

Learning Tours and Activities

1 guided tour or other leisure activities at your choice per week.

Italian Language Course details

Each course includes an evaluation of Italian knowledge level, learning material, certificate of attendance, yoga lessons twice a week at school, general support during the stay, wifi access.

Learning Tours and Activities Details

Guided walks around the main Florentine neighborhoods – guided tours to discover the artistic and historical heritage of the city – walks around Fiesole and other villages around the city.
